Henry Fayol:He said that the administration is to foresee, organize, command, coordinate and control

F. L. Brech: It is a social process that carries with it the responsibility of efficiently planning and regulating the operations of a company, to achieve a given purpose.

Koontz and O’Donnell: the direction of a social organism, and its effectiveness in achieving its objectives, based on the ability to lead its members

Universal functions in Administration

 Henri Fayol said that accounting and administration were not the same and argued that administration was a common activity in companies, business, government, etc.
established 14 universal principles of administration: Division of labor, authority, discipline, unit of command, unit of direction, subordination of individual interest, remuneration, centralization, staggered chain, order, action, stability of staff recruitment, initiative and spirit of group.

A business aims to make a profit from a purchase or sale of some good or service and satisfy the person

Infrastructure:
It is the creation, installation or building of a business, this place is where the company is installed, there are material resources and labor for the activity of the business
Business-to-business
is the relationship that they have company with another, for the sale of products or services, there should not necessarily be customers, this activity also part of the businesss
Consumer-goods
It is a product that is new to the market, its purpose is that the customer feels the need to buy it, satisfying their needs
Small business
refers to the product must be sufficiently desirable for customers to be able to purchase it
Consumer-to-consumer
For this concept, the consumer conducts business with another consumer, without any supplier or organization acting.
E-commerce
these sales are made online, currently this is one of the main tools used to sell or buy a product from a device
Consumer service
refers to an innovative service for consumers, an example is Uber Eats which is one of the most used services in the food market

Primary sector: activity where the human being is dedicated to the extraction of natural resources
secondary sector : is the product that you have from the transformation of the raw material or natural resources, this product obtained is marketed
This sector refers to services, an example can be the financial market such as transactions, exchanges, etc. or transport services

Individual property: this form is when there is only one person as the leader of the organization, it is the CEO, makes decisions on his own and fully knows his business

The organization from my opinion is the action that is taken to carry out a planning of what we want to achieve in the short, medium or long term, every day we organize ourselves to go to school, go to work or even eat, the right organization will lead us to achieve planned objectives, there must be discipline to do things, I can also say that the organization is a series of steps to follow created by one or more people to achieve goals and objectives.

in a company, in school or in our daily life, we have to carry out a plan, we have to create actions, priorities, accommodate our life.

I have always said, if we make a good organization we will have positive results but if we do not put it into practice, our life will be a disaster

Knowing the thoughts of Henry Fayol who they consider the father of management, opens many areas of improvement as a human and as an employee or as a leader, it is the basis of success, to carry out a good administration in the activities we carry out to achieve success.
