One of the key differences between management and administration is how each one works, both have an objective within an organization are united, management focuses on using innovative resources and ideas to achieve some goal of the organization, while administration focuses on achieving in a general way the objectives of the organization, from my opinion is that both participate to help the organization but management has less responsibility than administration, so one focuses more on the small and administration in general

Which is better, management or administration? Explain in detail.

My opinion is that administration is better because it has a great responsibility within an organization this can end or grow the Company, Decision making is also very important within the administration, this function is handled by middle or high commands, in addition to having better salary,  while the management is more focused on the internal of each person, evaluates the performance of the person, is more focused on a small part of the company

Organization

Provide a definition of organization. Be extensive.

The organization from my opinion is the action that is taken to carry out a planning of what we want to achieve in the short, medium or long term, every day we organize ourselves to go to school, go to work or even eat, the right organization will lead us to achieve planned objectives, there must be discipline to do things, I can also say that the organization is a series of steps to follow created by one or more people to achieve goals and objectives.

in a company, in school or in our daily life, we have to carry out a plan, we have to create actions, priorities, accommodate our life.

I have always said, if we make a good organization we will have positive results but if we do not put it into practice, our life will be a disaster

Knowing the thoughts of Henry Fayol who they consider the father of management, opens many areas of improvement as a human and as an employee or as a leader, it is the basis of success, to carry out a good administration in the activities we carry out to achieve success.

My opinion - Globalization

I think that globalization has a very important role in education, today it represents a field from which economic profit can be obtained, but also in the form of human resources for the world, for example for the financial capital the world education represents the last great market, a treasure, that is to say today we know an endless number of private schools that these in turn are companies.

A source of inequality and social exclusion: restricted access to certain centers and types of education according to economic or human resources, reproduction, appearance of a ranking of centers according to results and free competition among them.

Inequality generates that not all students have the same possibilities and that for one student it is very easy to have access to the Internet and for another to have Internet at home can be a challenge

From my perspective, institutions were forced to improve their curricula to better prepare their        students to be able to compete in the globalized labor market.
